 Keystone Wind Ensemble This fine concert band of about 50 woodwind, brass, and percussion players is sponsored by Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and directed by Dr. Jack Stamp, who chairs IUP's Music Department.  Pittsburgh Civic Orchestra This orchestra began in 1958 as the Bethel Park Orchestra --later the Carnegie Symphony Orchestra. It's made up of over 80 volunteer musicians. Former music directors include David Stock, Keith Lockhart, and Bruce Lauffer. The current music director is Warren Davidson. The orchestra plays series of concerts each season in the Upper St. Clair High School Theater.
