Music Inspired by African American Song and Dance In conjunction with the PSO's Dvořák in America teacher training institute, pianist Steven Mayer, credited with "piano playing at its most awesome" by The New York Times, will play "Bamboula" by Gottschalk, and pieces by Joplin, Jelly Roll Morton, James Johnson, Fats Waller, and Antonin Dvořák.
