Taming of the Shrew
Since 1991, the Band of Brothers Shakespeare Company has performed to more than 50,000 spectators. Ticket proceeds benefit Powell Stackhouse Park, a 277 acre nature reserve. Frequent shuttles run between the Pavilion and parking at Westmont Middle School at Luzerne Street & Diamond Boulevard.

Music Inspired by African American Song and Dance
In conjunction with the PSO's Dvořák in America teacher training institute, pianist Steven Mayer, credited with "piano playing at its most awesome" by The New York Times, will play "Bamboula" by Gottschalk, and pieces by Joplin, Jelly Roll Morton, James Johnson, Fats Waller, and Antonin Dvořák.  Free and open to the public.

Faust US: A 404 Strand Production
This is a modern retelling of the ancient story of Faust (Christopher Marlowe, 1604), a man who sells his soul to the devil in exchange for knowledge and power. Director Dan Jemmett describes the work as an installment performance, a theatrical experience marked by the immediate and intense proximity of the audience to the performers.
